How Zimeb aims to keep recipes readable and usable.
What we aim for
Pages use headings in order, visible focus, labeled form fields, and text that can be resized. Recipe steps are an ordered list so a screen reader can move through the method.
Images
Recipe photos include a text alternative. If a photo has not been saved locally yet, a letter mark stands in so the title is still available.
Color
Category colors are decorative. Time, servings, and instructions are also written out, not conveyed by color alone.
A problem
If a page blocks you, use the contact form and name the recipe and the tool you were using.
